Returns

On-line Returns information: If you don't love the jewellery you have ordered, we will be happy for you to return it for a credit note or you can exchange it for something your prefer within 7 days from the purchase date.

We are happy to exchange the pieces you have bought - as long as they have not been worn or damaged, and they are returned to us within 7 days of your original transaction, and with the original packaging.

Please ensure you retain your proof of postage. Unfortunately any delivery charges are non-refundable. If a piece arrives with you and it is damaged or faulty in any way, please call us to let us know, and then return it to us the same way. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out as fast as possible after the original piece has arrived back with us. Please can we ask you to check your purchases thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.

All items returned as faulty will be carefully checked, and any damage we believe is as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If damage has occurred through wear and tear we will be happy, where possible, to repair the item for you. There will be a small charge for this, which we will confirm with you before proceeding. However repairs do not come with a guarantee and are subject to delivery and other costs incurred.
